me + michael

So, I've decided that my monthly goal for the month of February will be to focus more on love, fitting I'd say with Valentine's Day next week. More about my monthly love goal and a recap of my January goal {creativity} coming this week. I even started writing it already, before I got distracted with this fun post!

I got the idea to write a post on me and Michael from Bridget of Tales of Me and My Husband blog. She just wrote a super fun post on stuff her and her hubby agree and disagree on. Since having Molly I realized that I hardly take photos of me and my hubby anymore and this month that is gonna change!

I took this pic with my phone when we were headed out to a New Year's Eve party and we were {clearly} moving! I think it is funny!

What do we agree on?

Religion
We agree that we want to raise our daughter Catholic, as we were both raised, but that we have some reservations about the Catholic church and do not feel compelled to attend church every Sunday. We'd even like to send Molly to Catholic School, but that we do live in a great neighborhood with good schools and that if she attends public school that she will have a fantastic experience and meet lots of little friends from the community.

Holidays
Decorating our home for every holiday is fun! We love putting up Christmas lights together. We love chopping down our tree every year. Thanksgiving is our favorite holiday. We both love turkey and stuffing!

Home
Hosting is a bit stressful and sometimes expensive, but we love it! We especially love the St. Patrick's Day Parade in our town and having a full house for a parade party!

We agree that our house needs to be painted this year. Oh yes...this is happening!

Family
My husband is super loyal. He believes that family is most important in life — I agree. 


We do not agree on...

Politics - Political discussions are {in my mind} a no-no in our home. We just both feel very differently. I say, we'll just have to let it be and agree to disagree on most political "things".

Sushi- I love it, he hates it.

Onions - I hate 'em, hubs loves 'em!

This month I want to take more photos of me and my husband. I'll be working on a photo collage wall and a wedding photo (black and white) is a must.
