Christmas was really wonderful! Here is a shot of Molly on Christmas Day at Grandma's house having her turn with her cousin's Nintendo 3 DS.
She had on the cutest little plaid dress with a Scottie dog. Paired with white tights and her little Maryjane shoes — she looked adorable!
As we move close to a new year, I've been thinking about my word for 2013. Read more about choosing your word here.
I've picked a word for the last four years now. My past words have included simplify, balance, live. I think I picked balance twice, since I was a new {working} mom and it was very fitting for my new life.
So thinking about what I want more of this year in my life, oddly enough the word less came to mind.
Less stress.
Less debt.
Less stuff.
Less worry.
Less clutter.
Less fighting.
Doing more, with less.
Cooking and preparing meals with less trips to King Kullen. If we are missing one item or want something in particular with our meal, we don't usually just "get by" or "make it work" {in the words of Tim Gunn}, we run up the block to King Kullen. It kinda gets annoying.
And so, my word for the next year is
